- Each product page on our website specifies the estimated delivery lead time for that particular product. We aim to deliver within the timeframes mentioned, but please note that these are estimates and can be affected by factors outside our control.
For bespoke and custom-made products, such as new cement tiles, delivery times may vary, and we will confirm lead times with you when your order is placed.
2. Delivery Charges
- Standard delivery charges will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight/size of your order.
Free delivery may be offered on certain products or orders over a specified amount, but this will be clearly indicated at checkout.
3. International Shipping
- We offer international shipping for certain products. Shipping costs for international orders will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
- Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other charges upon arrival in your country, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
4. Shipping Partners
- We work with reliable third-party couriers and shipping partners to ensure your order arrives in the best condition and within the expected time frame.
- While we aim for prompt deliveries, we are not responsible for delays caused by external shipping carriers.
5. Dispatch Times

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery.

- Due to the nature of some products, certain items may have shipping restrictions. If this applies to your order, we will notify you immediately and offer alternative solutions where possible.
7. Damaged or Lost Goods
- We make every effort to pack your products securely. If you receive goods that are damaged or lost in transit, please notify us within 5 days of receiving your order. We will assist in resolving the issue and may offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
- Please keep all packaging and documentation in case you need to report any damage or loss.
8. Changes to Delivery Address
- If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After this time, we may not be able to accommodate changes, as the order could already be in processing or on its way to dispatch.
